ARCHITECTURE // 01 — HOW THE NETWORK IS BUILT

Logistics, structured like a system.

We treat every shipment as a packet with an origin, a destination, and a route decided in real time — not a truck waiting for a full schedule. Four layers keep the network moving without friction.

L.01

Freight & Haulage

Dedicated and shared-load haulage across full-truck and part-load requirements, scheduled against live capacity rather than fixed timetables.

Suited to manufacturers, retailers and distributors moving palletised goods on recurring or one-off lanes.

FTLPART-LOADTEMP-CONTROLLED
L.02

Warehousing & Fulfilment

Slotted storage at our Kettering core facility with barcode-tracked intake, pick-pack operations and stock visibility down to the pallet.

Built for businesses that need stock held close to the road network without managing a facility themselves.

BONDED STORAGEPICK & PACKCROSS-DOCK
L.03

Last-Mile Delivery

Regional courier coverage synced to the same dispatch core as long-haul freight, so a parcel's final leg is planned from the moment it enters the network.

Live proof-of-delivery capture and route confirmation on every drop, urban or rural.

NEXT-DAYSAME-DAYPOD CAPTURE
L.04

Route Intelligence

A dispatch engine that reallocates loads against traffic, capacity and fuel data, keeping every vehicle on the shortest viable path.

The same intelligence layer that powers freight routing also governs warehousing dispatch and courier assignment.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jerman Dean Nello

FOUNDER — ZEBRA LOGISTICS UK

Jerman founded Zebra Logistics UK on a simple premise: freight should move like data, routed by capacity and demand rather than fixed schedules. Under his direction, the company built its dispatch and warehousing operations around a single connected network rather than siloed departments.

He continues to oversee network strategy and partner integration from the Kettering core facility, working directly with the technical team on route intelligence and capacity planning.

"A shipment that isn't tracked in real time is already late."
